right here and now I’m predicting that farenheit 9/11 has a boffo second weekend too– only one person I know has actually seen the film, and supposedly monday afternoon screenings here in LA were sold out. monday afternoon?! of course, everything will be crushed in the path of the spider crap movie, but the little docu that could should reasonably hold its own. i’m going next weekend, and I bet murmur does too.
I did however, watch the war room for the first time this weekend, and man, that’s a good doc about the impropable rise of bill clinton. throughout the whole thing, all I could think was, “how the hell did bubba actually get away with all that and still get elected–twice, even?!” well, that and, “how many cans of hairspray did genifer flowers use to make her hair DO that?”
