This is basically just a test post to check both video quality of my new Flip Ultra video camera and embedding video from Vimeo… It’s amazing the difference in resolution, etc. that happens when you use a video hosting site. I started with YouTube ’cause, you know, they’re YouTube, but the degradation in quality from my original video (which is pretty clear, especially at tiny-window-YouTube size was startling. Vimeo’s site degrades it a bit too, but it’s much less of a drop and their interface/usability is pretty right-on.

So hopefully once I get the hang of how the camera works best and how to shoot some interesting baby stuff, you’ll see some decent vids pop up here every now and again.
